Derrumbes was created to take drinkers on a liquid road trip across Mexico’s vast Denomination of Origin—highlighting forgotten mezcal-producing states like Michoacán, Durango, San Luis Potosí, Tamaulipas, and Zacatecas.

Made exclusively from 100% Agave Tequilana (Blue Weber Agave), this expression is unique because it uses pit ovens for roasting—giving the Blue Agave a rustic mezcal profile you don't really find in Tequila.

On the Nose : Mixed berry jam, pine wood, celery, brine, glazed carrot, peanut, prosciutto, light smoke.

On the Palate : Sweet and lightly floral, with raspberry, papaya, rosewater, sugarcane syrup, and a bit of chalk. Medium-thin body.
