With over three generations of experience, master mezcaleros the Bautista Brothers, use their artful know-how to produce world class Mezcal with connoisseurs in mind.

Under the Del Tio Ro name they produce small batches from Agave harvested off their own maguyeal (farm). As a result they have full traceability from farm to bottle giving us a distillate of the highest artisanal quality.

Made from 100% certified-organic Espadín harvested after 5 to 9 years. It follows strict traditional production: underground conical stone-pit roasting, stone-mill grinding, natural fermentation in encino oak vats, and double-distillation in copper stills.
