100% Agave Espadín, roasted in earth pits then crushed by tahona and fermented in open pine vats. Distillation is in copper pot alembic stills with fresh lemongrass added to the second pass. It is also added to the finished product. 

Zacate Limon was crafted by Maestro Mezcalero Lucio Morales Lopez as a personal gift for his wife, Agustina. Using homegrown lemongrass macerated directly in their premium Espadín mezcal, this traditional abocado offers a vibrant, balanced flavor profile designed to elevate any cocktail without sacrificing character or value.

The result is a bright and lively expression of Espadín that makes a great highball, brings an interesting twist to classic mezcal cocktails, or works as a fun substitute for gin.
