Mal Bien 'Mexicano' 750ml (47.58% alc)

The name "Mexicano" refers to a varietal of Agave Americana, a species whose better known varietals include Arroqueño, Sierra Negra, and Pulquero.

Distillers Emanuel and Victor Ramos are famous in the mezcal community for producing spirits with a high-toned, vegetal, and mineral-forward signature. Their use of local spring water, wooden vats, and refreshingly clean distillation cuts consistently yields notes of green pepper, fresh herbs, and chalky minerality.

Sweet earth & smoke on nose and flavour profile of green bell pepper, garden herbs, and toasted nuts (cashews/almonds) balancing the sweetness.
