Biochemist, engineer and force of nature, Sophie Decobecq, is the creator of Tequila brand Calle 23. The story of how someone born in France ended up in Guadalajara making insanely good Tequila can only be understood through Sophie’s deep love of Agave. The story begins with her Blanco then onto the Reposado and possibly by the time you are at the Anejo you will have an inkling of how she got there.
